Quality Control
The production facility has an independently operating Quality Control Department equipped with modern equipment for controlling and directly supervising the production process and providing measurement services to external entities.
Produced parts are inspected using, among other things, Aberlink Axiom coordinate measuring machines with a VDI (U3) accuracy of 0.0035+0.004L/1000 mm and a Mitutoyo CRYSTA APEX V9106, as well as a Garant measuring microscope with image processing.
Accuracy measured in microns
Inter-operational and final measurements are performed using universal instruments such as calipers, micrometers, internal diameter gauges, as well as appropriate gauges and standards.
Surface smoothness is checked using a Mitutoyo surface roughness meter.
Our appropriate equipment, experience, and authorizations allow us to provide measurement services to external clients, for whom we also offer calibration services for universal measuring instruments.
Our technological system allows us to process all our orders according to our own and the customer’s documentation.
To meet the growing demands of our clients and market needs, our Measurement Department is gradually implementing statistical methods for production process control (SPC) and measurement equipment qualification (MSA).
