EcoVadis
Our commitment to responsible business is confirmed by our participation in the international sustainability assessment platform EcoVadis, which analyzes companies’ performance in four key areas: the environment, employee and human rights, ethics, and sustainable purchasing.
In the latest assessment, we scored 66/100 points, an increase of 6 points compared to the previous year, when the score was 60/100. This allowed us to retain the EcoVadis bronze medal, awarded to companies in the top 35% of rated companies in their industry.
This improved score is the result of systematic work on developing our ESG standards and engaging employees in the organizational improvement process. Each year, we take further steps to improve the quality of management in environmental, social, and ethical areas.

ESG/SDG Goals
At STR Production Sp. z o.o., we consider sustainable development to be a long-term element of our corporate development strategy. Our goal is to systematically improve our organizational and production processes to ensure that our operations are increasingly environmentally, socially, and managerially responsible. In the coming years, we plan to expand our ESG efforts by implementing specific initiatives and best business practices.

Implementation and certification of an ISO 14001 environmental management system
One of our key goals is to implement and certify an environmental management system compliant with the ISO 14001 standard. This system will enable us to more effectively identify and monitor the environmental aspects of our operations and continuously improve our processes in this area.
Further Improvement of
EcoVadis Score
We plan to continue developing ESG standards within the organization, which should translate into further improvement in our scores in the international EcoVadis rating in the coming years. Our goal is to strengthen practices in the areas of the environment, business ethics, employee rights, and a responsible supply chain.
Development of a Carbon Footprint Monitoring and Reporting System
Another important element is the development of a system for monitoring and analyzing the organization’s carbon footprint. This will allow us to more accurately identify emission sources and take action to reduce them.
Optimizing energy and raw material consumption in production processes
As part of the company’s technological development, we strive to further optimize production processes, including reducing the consumption of energy, materials, and other resources used in production. Implementing modern technological solutions allows us to increase operational efficiency while reducing environmental impact.
Developing programs to support employee safety and development
Another key element of our ESG strategy is developing a work environment that fosters employee safety, collaboration, and development. We strive to maintain high standards of occupational safety and support the development of our team’s competencies.
