Production Capacity
The production facility utilizes CNC turning and milling centers, single- and multi-torch cutters, automatic band saws, drilling machines, and conventional lathes.
Our company’s main products include machine components, fittings, flanges, rings, pins, special screws, bushings, nuts, end caps, and hydraulic components. We currently manufacture parts from various grades of carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex steel, super duplex steel, brass, aluminum, and alloy/Hastelloy steel.
We currently manufacture components using:
- carbon steel grades: RSt-37-2, P265GH, 13CrMo4-5, 16M03 and other,
- stainless steel (high-alloy): 1.4301, 1.4307, 1.4541, 1.4404, 1.4571, 1.4828, 1.4462 and other,
- bronze, brass, aluminum,
- as well as Alloy and Hastelloy.
Machinery
Turning centers allow us to produce individual parts up to 800 mm in diameter. Band saws can cut shafts up to 440 mm in diameter. CNC gas cutters for curved cutting, with an effective machining size on a 3×8 m table, allow us to cut sheet metal up to 90 mm thick. Stainless steel is cut with a Hypertherm 260 plasma machine up to 40 mm thick (table size 2×6 m).
Our machinery allows us to machine parts with accuracy class IT6 and with milling, accuracy class IT10. Automated production enables us to complete medium and large batches quickly, while our experience, human resources, and workflow system allow for rapid machine changeovers and an appropriate response to customer needs.
Our own painting workshop
Conventional machines can produce single pieces up to 900 mm in diameter. Band saws can cut cylinders up to 440 mm in diameter.
CNC gas cutting machines for curved cutting, with an effective processing capacity on a 3×8 m table, can cut sheet metal up to 90 mm thick. Stainless steel is cut with a Hypertherm 260 plasma machine up to a maximum thickness of 40 mm (table size 2×6 m). Programming for machines is prepared in the Technology Office and sent directly to their control systems. We prepare semi-finished products for machining using sheet metal burning technology or cutting shafts and sleeves on numerically controlled band saws.
Spacious Warehouse and Efficient Logistics
The materials and services that we source come from STr-certified and audited suppliers and subcontractors with confirmed quality certificates in accordance with applicable standards. Finished products are stored in specially prepared rooms, with rapid product identification based on a modern warehouse management system.
All information regarding orders, customer requirements, storage and location of raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished parts, as well as settlements with contractors, is contained in the integrated ERP system – SAP Business One. The forwarding and dispatch department organizes packaging and transport according to the company’s high standards based on the ISO 9001-2015 system, as well as individual solutions and in accordance with our customers’ requirements.
We can transport to any location specified by the customer. Our products are delivered, among others to customers in: Germany, France, Belgium, Denmark, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Norway, Slovenia, Poland and other European countries and even all over the world.
