PRODUCTION

The production plant has an independently operating Measurement Laboratory equipped with modern equipment for control and direct supervision of the production process and for the provision of measurement services to external entities.

The ready-made parts can be checked using the Aberlink Axiom Too coordinate measuring machine with a measuring area of 640 x 900 x 500 mm and VDI (U3) accuracy: 2.9 + 4L / 1000 µm, and a measuring microscope -Garant.

Interoperative and final measurements are carried out with the use of universal devices such as calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, as well as with the use of appropriate gauges and standards.
We check the smoothness of the surface with a Mitutoyo roughness gauge.

Appropriate equipment, experience and authorizations allow us to provide measurement services for external customers for whom we also offer calibration services of universal measuring instruments.
The technological system allows us to handle all our orders according to our own and customer’s documentation.

In order to meet the growing requirements of our customers and the market needs, our Measurement Laboratory gradually implements statistical methods of controlling the SPC production process and qualifying MSA measuring means.
